The Nuki Smart Lock (4th Generation) is the first Nuki device to support Matter via Thread. This network technology makes your Smart Home faster and more stable, with significantly lower energy consumption compared to Wi-Fi. Learn more about the advantages of Thread here.
With the market launch of the new Smart Lock generation in 2023, we promised our users to offer Remote Access via Thread as an additional feature. With this app update, we are fulfilling our promise: You can now control your Smart Lock via Thread even when you're on the go.

Performance improvements and bug fixes
- For users redeeming a new invitation code, we have implemented some minor improvements. Redeeming the invitation is now even more intuitive.
- We have also been working on minor changes and improvements in the background. This makes the Nuki App run even more smoothly.
