Improved Wi-Fi stability for Smart Lock Pro
In this firmware version, we have made significant improvements to the Wi-Fi stability of the Smart Lock Pro. This update includes changes aimed at reducing issues during the establishment and maintenance of a stable Wi-Fi connection. Moreover, the Smart Lock now automatically reconnects to the Wi-Fi network in the event of an interruption. Thanks to an improved reconnection methodology, this process is now even faster, ensuring that any connection issues are resolved promptly.

Optimized LED signalization on the Smart Lock
Your Smart Lock shows the current state of your door through LED signalization. In addition to the LED ring, the Smart Lock (4th Generation) is equipped with a red LED that displays critical information such as battery warnings.

With this update, we enhanced the LED signalization for the fourth generation of the Nuki Smart Lock.

With MQTT, you can seamlessly integrate your Smart Lock Pro into your home automation. With this update, we further enhance the user experience but also the stability for our customers. The changes include improvements for convenient handling of MQTT credentials, enhanced reconnection handling, and the support for Automatic Discovery for Home Assistant.
Performance improvements and bug fixes
- Recently, the Smart Lock performed position detection runs more frequently than necessary. While this didn't affect the functionality of the Smart Lock, it could be irritating. From now on, position detection will only be performed as intended.
