If your Nuki device is connected to the Bridge but not accessible remotely, follow these steps:

Check Bluetooth connection:
Ensure the Bridge is plugged into a power socket within 5 meters of the Nuki device.
Avoid obstacles like walls or doors between the devices. -
Check Wi-Fi connection:
Ensure the Bridge has a strong Wi-Fi connection to your router.
If needed, move the router closer to the Bridge to improve signal strength. -
Reboot devices:
Unplug the Bridge for a few seconds and plug it back in.
Disconnect the Wi-Fi router from power and reconnect it.
This will restart the devices and may resolve connection issues. -
Update devices:
Ensure the latest firmware is installed on your Nuki Bridge and Smart Lock.
Use the latest version of the Nuki App. -
Reset Bridge:
Open the Nuki App, go to the main menu (three bars on the top left corner), select "Help" > "Factory reset". Choose "Bridge factory reset" and follow the instructions within the Nuki App.
Next, set up the Bridge again.
How to test remote access:
- Restart the Nuki App.
- Deactivate Bluetooth.
- Select “Lock“ in the app to check if the device responds.
