With your Smart Lock, you will also receive your Matter code. You will find the Matter QR code as well as the pairing code in the box. You can also find the pairing code on the back of your Smart Lock.
As part of the Matter activation process, open your preferred Smart Home App and scan the Matter QR code on the packaging material.
Alternatively, enter the 21-digit numeric pairing code.
