We are excited to announce the latest update for the Nuki App. Here are the improvements and new features you can expect:
Performance improvements and bug fixes
- You can now download all the personal data stored on your Nuki device.  Simply open your Nuki device's settings. Then go to “Features & Configuration” > “General” > “Data export”.
- We are taking user feedback seriously. That’s why we are discontinuing our Nuki Premium service. Did you activate it previously? Don't worry — all features will remain available to you. From now on, selected features such as Remote Access will be included automatically.
- We have improved the maintenance of Nuki Keypads.
- When adding a fingerprint to your Keypad 2, the animation did not work as intended. We fixed this issue. You can now create a new fingerprint as usual.Â
- We have also been working on minor changes and improvements in the background. This makes the Nuki App run even more smoothly.
