Are you using a Power Pack? Battery warnings come too early? Try the following tip:
Your Smart Lock tries to detect which battery type is used automatically. This optimizes the respective thresholds for the battery warning. Automatic detection probably did not work in your case. You can quickly correct the battery type in the Nuki App:
- Select the desired Smart Lock in the Nuki App.
- Open the Smart Lock settings and select "Features & Configuration" > "Battery".
- Deactivate the Automatic battery detection.
- Now select the Nuki Power Pack as the power supply.
From now on, battery warnings for the Smart Lock will be displayed correctly again, considering the selected battery type.
