Reconnecting Nuki and the property management software can help to resolve recurring challenges. To reconnect, log in to your Nuki Web account, go to the „Short Term Rental” section, and disconnect/reconnect your property management software. Make sure you assign the correct Nuki devices to your accommodation. If the problem continues, re-activate your device by removing and re-adding it to your Nuki Web account. If bookings are not listed, update the booking information. Simply select the listing in your Nuki Web account and click „Update” to retrieve the latest data.
How to update your bookings
Your listings are displayed in the „Short Term Rental” section of your Nuki Web account. Click on the listing to see the bookings for your property. If a booking is not listed, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Nuki Web account.
- Navigate to the „Short Term Rental” section and select the relevant listing.
- Click the „Update” button in the lower right corner of the screen to retrieve the latest information about the listing.
If the integration isn’t stable, we recommend reconnecting Nuki and the property management software.
How to reconnect your integration
- Log in to your Nuki Web account.
- Navigate to the „Short Term Rental” section and select the relevant listing.
- Click on the „New...” button in the lower right corner.
Now, you see the list of our Property Management Software Partners. - Select the software you are experiencing issues with and click „Disconnect”.
- Now reconnect Nuki with the software.
Please make sure that you assign the correct Nuki device(s) to your accommodation.
Please note that you have to link your property management software again.
If reconnecting does not resolve the problem, re-activate the device for Nuki Web and set up the integration from scratch.
How to re-activate your device for Nuki Web
- Log in to your Nuki Web account.
- Select the affected Nuki device in the „Devices” section.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose „Delete” to disconnect the device from Nuki Web.
- Add your device again to your Nuki Web account using the Nuki App.
Now you can set up the integration again and link Nuki and the property management software.
