Manage, change and cancel your Smart Hosting services

You can manage and change your Smart Hosting services in your Nuki account in the section “Services”.

1. First, log in to your Account.
2. Navigate to the section “Services”.
3. Look for the Nuki device connected to the Smart Hosting service package you want to manage.
4. Click the three dots on the right side to manage the Smart Hosting service for this device.

You can cancel your Nuki Smart Hosting bundle at any time. The services will stay available for you until the end of your chosen billing period.
