First steps for joining the In-Home Delivery service

We offer a new In-Home Delivery service in cooperation with Austrian Post. From now on, you can have your parcels conveniently delivered in your home.

To join the In-Home Delivery service, you first need the email you received from Austrian Post with the link to join the program. Open it on your smartphone and click the link. Your Nuki App will now guide you through the first steps for joining the In-Home Delivery service.

Requirements for using the In-Home Delivery service

  1. Your Smart Lock must be connected to the Nuki App.
  2. You can choose one Smart Lock for the In-Home Delivery service. Other Nuki devices (Opener, Smart Door …) are not yet supported.
  3. Your device must be available remotely. There are different options to bring your Smart Lock online.

Display name for In-Home Delivery

The display name will be shown to the courier who is delivering your parcel. Therefore, it is important to choose a name that allows the courier to identify your home.

The display name should include

  • Your full name
  • Your apartment number and door number (if applicable)
    For example: “John Doe 30D/04”

Choosing the right display name will ensure that the courier finds your home easily.
