Smart Lock Pro and Go

Make a backup and transfer all relevant data to your Smart Lock Pro or Go

Are you already using a Nuki Smart Lock and are interested in a Smart Lock Pro or Go? With the new backup feature, the transfer is very easy. Simply make a backup of your current Smart Lock and transfer all relevant data to your new Smart Lock Pro or Go.

Your Smart Lock Pro comes with new locking speeds

Do you want your Smart Lock to be as fast as possible so that you don’t have to wait in front of your door? Do you want it to be smooth so it does not disturb you while you are concentrating? Nuki created three new locking speed modes for your Smart Lock Pro: Insane, Standard and Gentle. You can select your preferred mode within your Nuki App.

Example:

Do you want your Smart Lock to be fast during the day and smooth while you sleep? Simply use “Insane” as your preferred locking speed. Next, activate Night Mode and enable “Gentle” locking during night mode.

DIY installation

To make installation as easy as possible, we created app flows to guide you through the mounting of the new Smart Locks.

Simply charge your Smart Lock Pro on the door

Your Smart Lock Pro has a built-in battery. Our many years of experience with Smart Locks have led us to choose these batteries for the best user experience. The batteries are permanently installed, so you don't have to service or replace them. Nuki recommends charging your Smart Lock on the door as you can still lock your door while it’s charging. Simply use the included magnetic charging cable (2m).

Enhanced security code

The 4-digit has changed to a mandatory 6-digit security code to make your Smart Lock even more secure. From now on, this code will also be used during bluetooth pairing. But don’t worry: The Nuki App can remember this code for you as usual.

Bug fixes and performance improvements for the Smart Lock Ultra

  • Overall, we enhanced the stability of the Smart Lock Ultra.
  • We enhanced the reliability of Remote Access via Thread and the built-in Wi-Fi module.
  • We also improved the strength and reliability of the Smart Lock's opening function (pulling the latch). This ensures a proper operation.
  • Minor changes and improvements in the background ensure that the Smart Lock runs even more smoothly.
