Available firmware updates are indicated in the Nuki App as soon as they are released. To check if a new version is available for your Keypad, follow these steps:
- Keypad 2: Tap the device your Keypad is connected to. Then go to: “Settings” > “Keypad” > “Settings” > “Firmware update”.
- Keypad 1: Tap the device your Keypad is connected to. Then go to: “Settings” > “Keypad” > “Settings” > “Advanced device settings” > follow the app instructions > “Firmware update”.
An exclamation mark next to “Firmware update” indicates that a new update is available for your Keypad. To perform the firmware update, simply follow the instructions in the Nuki App.
Note:
To update the firmware, you need to be within Bluetooth range to your Keypad.
