There are two ways to find your Keypad ID, depending on your Keypad version:
Keypad ID of your Keypad 2
You can find the Keypad ID on the back of your Keypad or via the Nuki App.
How to detach the Keypad: Hold the Keypad by the side edges of the housing and slide it upwards. Then pull the Keypad towards you to remove it.
ID via the Nuki App:
- First, open the Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
- Go to the settings of your Smart Lock and tap on "Keypad".
- Here, you will find all the configured settings, as well as the Keypad ID and the installed firmware version.
Keypad ID of your Keypad (Version 1)
- First, open the Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
- Go to the settings of your Smart Lock and tap on "Keypad".
- Next, enter the "Advanced device settings". On the following screen, tap the information icon ( i ) at the top-right corner to find the ID of your Keyboard.
