How to find the Keypad ID

There are two ways to find your Keypad ID, depending on your Keypad version:

Keypad ID of your Keypad 2

You can find the Keypad ID on the back of your Keypad or via the Nuki App.

How to detach the Keypad: Hold the Keypad by the side edges of the housing and slide it upwards. Then pull the Keypad towards you to remove it.

ID via the Nuki App:

1. First, open the Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
2. Go to the settings of your Smart Lock and tap on "Keypad".
3. Here, you will find all the configured settings, as well as the Keypad ID and the installed firmware version.

Keypad ID of your Keypad (Version 1)

1. First, open the Nuki App and tap on the Smart Lock connected to the Keypad.
2. Go to the settings of your Smart Lock and tap on "Keypad".
3. Next, enter the "Advanced device settings". On the following screen, tap the information icon ( i ) at the top-right corner to find the ID of your Keyboard.
