Auto Unlock was canceled

With Auto Unlock Nuki unlocks your door automatically when you come home. In case you come home with your family or your friends, we included an Auto Unlock filter: With this filter Nuki does not perform numerous unwanted Auto Unlocks at the same time.

If, within two minutes, several smartphones send Auto Unlock requests to the Nuki device, only the first Auto Unlock opens your door. The other Auto Unlocks will be filtered for the next two minutes. For those Auto Unlocks you will see the entry "Cancelled (0x03)" in the Activity Log. You do not have to take action if you see this entry.
