Yes. During setup, the Nuki app will ask you to go downstairs and ring the doorbell at your front door. You can later open that door—the door you rang—with the Nuki app.
Ring to Open, Auto Unlock for the Opener and the Continuous mode will always open the door that has been rung. Therefore, you can operate both doors with those features.
