The Nuki app provides an overview of the connection status of your Nuki device. To access this information, simply tap on your device and enter its settings. Then, go to “Connection Info”.
How the connection info is structured
On the connection info screen, you can find details about your:
- Bluetooth Access: Quality of your Bluetooth connection
- Remote Access: Quality of your remote connection
The connection quality is color-coded:
- Green: stable connection
- Yellow: unstable connection
- Grey: no connection (i. e. because you are out of Bluetooth range or Wi-Fi is not set up yet)
- Red: unable to connect (Error)
A change in the connection quality might take a 1–2 minutes until it is visible on this screen.

The Nuki App shows you information about the quality of your Bluetooth connection. If necessary the app displays tips on how to improve it.
