How to get the beta version of the Nuki App

By joining the Beta Program, you'll get access to public beta versions, allowing you to test the latest features and updates before they're released to the public.

Beta Program for iOS

Looking to participate in the Beta Program for the Nuki iOS App? Great! Here's what you need to do:

  1. Install TestFlight from the Apple App Store.
  2. Join the Nuki Beta Program by clicking on this link.
  3. Now, you can install the latest public beta version of the Nuki App.

Automatic updates

You are currently testing the Nuki Beta App on iOS? Please be aware that updates for beta apps are available in the TestFlight app and not in the App Store. To enable automatic updates for beta iOS apps, simply tap on your Apple ID profile icon and choose Automatic Updates from the settings menu.

Note:

Transitioning from a live to a beta app version can come with inaccuracies. It is possible that a new permission needs to be created for your iPhone.

Beta Program for Android

Looking to participate in the Beta Program for the Nuki Android App? Great! Here's what you need to do:

  1. Please make sure that the Nuki Android App is already installed on your smartphone.
  2. Open the Google Play Store.
  3. Tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Tap on „Manage apps and devices” and then „Installed”.
  5. Tap on „Nuki” to open the details page.
  6. Tap on „Join” under „Sign up for beta program” and confirm your participation.
  7. Now you can install the latest public beta version.
