How to leave the Beta Program for the Nuki App

Leaving the Beta Program for the iOS

You can leave the Beta Program at any time and re-install the public Nuki iOS App version. To leave the Beta Program follow these steps:

  1. Open the TestFlight app and go to the main menu.
  2. Select the Nuki App from the list.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the app screen and tap on „Stop Testing”.
  4. Confirm your action by selecting „Stop Testing” from the pop-up.

Once you have completed these steps, you will no longer receive updates on beta versions of the app. However, please note that the beta version of the app will still be installed on your iPhone and won't be automatically removed. Going forward, you will only receive updates for the public version of the Nuki App from the App Store.

You want to restore the latest public version of the Nuki iOS App? You can simply install it from the Apple App Store.
Please note that transitioning from a beta to a live version may come with inaccuracies. You may need to create a new authorization for your iPhone.

Leaving the Beta Program for Android

You can leave the Beta Program for the Nuki Android App at any time. To leave the Beta Program follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap on „Manage apps and devices” and then „Installed”.
  4. Tap on „Nuki” to open the details page.
  5. Tap on „Leave” under „You are a Beta tester” and confirm your action.

Once you have completed these steps, you will no longer receive updates on beta versions of the app. However, please note that the beta version of the app will still be installed on your smartphone and won't be automatically removed. Going forward, you will only receive updates for the public version of the Nuki App from the Google Play Store.
