If you have forgotten which e-mail address you've used for Nuki Web, we will gladly check the Nuki Web account we have on file for you. To do so we need your Smart Lock ID as confirmation.
For security reasons, please send our support team:
- a screenshot of the Smart Lock ID from the Nuki App. You'll find the ID under “Settings“ > “Features & Configuration“ > “General“.
- a photo of the back side of your Smart Lock with the Smart Lock ID clearly visible.
