By activating the ring suppression, the ring signal of your intercom system is suppressed. Due to technical differences between the intercom systems, we cannot guarantee ring suppression. Therefore, ring suppression is only available if your intercom system supports this feature technically.
If your system supports this feature, you can activate the “Ring suppression” via your Nuki App under “Features & Configuration” > “Button, LED & Sound”. You can then customize this feature for the following actions according to your personal needs:
- Ring
The ring signal is suppressed when someone rings the doorbell. - Ring To Open
The ring signal is suppressed when someone rings the doorbell and “Ring to Open” is active. - Continuous mode
The ring signal is suppressed as soon as someone rings the doorbell and the “Continuous mode” is active.
If you still (or partially) hear the ring signal, the Nuki support team will help you to adjust the ring suppression manually.
