Improving the stability of Nuki Web

For seamless control of your Nuki devices via Nuki Web, maintaining stable remote access is essential. If you experience any issues regarding you Web account please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check device availability

  1. Deactivate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  2. Open the Nuki App and select “Lock“.
  3. If the test fails, improve the stability of the remote access. If it succeeds, log in to your Nuki Web account. Check if you can lock your device via Nuki Web.

  1. Log in to your Nuki Web account.
  2. Click on your device to view essential information:
    - Date and time of the last update gives you information about possible connection problems.
    - Any warnings or errors tell you when an action is required. A common cause of errors is that the security code in Nuki Web was not entered:

Synchronize security code

  1. Log in to your account and click on your device for warnings and important updates. You will receive notifications in your Nuki Web account if your security code needs to be updated.
  2. Ensure the same security code is used in both your Nuki App and Nuki Web account.
  3. To change the security code, select your device in your Nuki Web account. Click on “Manage device“ in the upper right corner to update the security code.
