Manage your devices via Nuki Web

With Nuki Web, you can efficiently manage your Nuki devices using any current web browser. This guide will help you navigate the features and functionalities available through Nuki Web to ensure you can control and monitor your device seamlessly.

Device details

Access the detailed information of your device by clicking on it in your Nuki Web account. You will see:

• Device name
• Status (locked/unlocked)
• Door Sensor status (open/closed)
• Last synchronization date and time
• Error warnings, if any

Below this overview, you can lock and unlock your device via action buttons.

Activity log

In the activity log you can find all activities related to your device over the last three months.
If you want to keep your activity log data for a longer period of time, you can purchase Nuki Smart Hosting. With Nuki Smart Hosting the activity log data will be stored up to 12 months.

User

In the "Users" section, you can view and manage all permissions for your device. Select one or more users and choose an action from the "Choose action" dropdown menu:

• Edit
• Activate
• Deactivate Delete
• Delete

Device settings

In the top right corner, you can:

• Change the display name (this change only affects this Nuki Web account).
• Add the device to favorites.
• Delete the device from the Nuki Web account.

Manage device

Click on "Manage device" in the top right corner to:

• Change PIN, location, or configuration.
• Activate features like Auto Lock or Lock’n’Go.
• Activate battery warnings via email notifications.
