Some Smart Module mounting options fully integrate it into your door. This means, you won’t have access to the button anymore. If you want to pair with your Smart Module, there is a solution. Simply turn off the power supply for a short period of time (approx. 30 sec.). The Smart Module will then go into pairing mode, and you can connect to it.
Note: If your motorized lock has a backup power supply, make sure it is completely out of power. This can take up to an hour.
Did you set up the Smart Module before? If so, the app will then always ask for the security code unless it is saved in your app. This is to prevent unauthorized users from connecting to your Smart Module.
If you have the Smart Module set up in your app and want to give your family members or friends access, we recommend inviting a new user.
