During the initial setup of the Smart Module, you must define a 6-digit security code. Enter the security code whenever you want to manage your Smart Module or connect another device to it. Therefore, the security code protects your Smart Module from unauthorized access and theft.
Note:
Please write down your security code. You cannot manage or reset your Smart Module without entering it.
Forgot your security code?
If you have forgotten your security code, please send the following information to Nuki Support:
- Smart Module ID: You can find your Smart Module ID here.
- Invoice: Please also send us a scan of your invoice or the Nuki Shop order number confirming the purchase of the Smart Module.
With this information, we can verify your data and help you regain access to your Smart Module.
