Restarting your Smart Lock is easy. If it has removable batteries, remove and reinsert them. If not, press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
Smart Lock with built-in batteries (Ultra, Pro 5th Gen.)
Press and hold the button on the Smart Lock for 10 seconds until the red LED lights up. Release the button.
Smart Lock with removable batteries (Go and previous)
Remove the Power Pack or battery pack and reinsert it.
