The LED shows you the status of the Door Sensor during pairing and setup.
Note:
The LED is only used for pairing and configuration, not during operation. This is to reduce energy consumption.
The status of the door (open/closed) is shown in the Nuki App and via the LED signalization of the Smart Lock.
