Check battery level
First check whether the battery of your Smart Lock is sufficiently charged. It is possible that a very low battery no longer has enough power to lock your door.
Check for stiff door
First, try to lock your door manually.
- Can you lock your door without much force? Try to recalibrate your Smart Lock.
- Do you feel resistance when you lock your door manually? Try removing the resistance. It most likely prevents your Smart Lock from turning the tailpiece. If you cannot resolve the issue, a professional can adjust your door for you.
