Someone wants to share access to their Nuki device with you. They can share a) a code, b) a link, c) a QR code or a combination with you. Â All you have to do now is redeem the invitation, and you're ready to go!
It's easiest to click on the link or scan the QR code. If you already have the Nuki App installed on your phone, you will be directed to the correct screen with the code pre-filled.
You are new to Nuki
First, download the Nuki App. Then, click the link or scan the QR code that has been shared with you. This will direct you to the correct screen with the code already pre-filled for you. Alternatively, tap on "Redeem invitation" and enter the code.
You already have the Nuki App on your phone

You already have the Nuki App on your phone and a Nuki device in the app
Click the link or scan the QR code that has been shared with you. This will direct you to the correct screen with the code already pre-filled for you. Alternatively, tap on the menu (three bars on the top left corner) and then "Redeem invitaion".
