Conveniently control your Smart Lock, Smart Door and Opener with your smartphone. Just use the lock buttons or swipe actions in the Nuki App. If you have remote access to your Nuki device, this even works from afar. This way you can open the front door for your family, friends or the service staff if you are not at home.
Buttons for your locking actions
Tap on the Nuki device in your Nuki App and choose a button.
Buttons for the Smart Lock and Smart Door:
- Unlock
- Lock
- Open door (pulls the latch)
- Lock ‘n’ Go (opens door and locks it again after 20 seconds)
Are you using Lock ‘n’ Go via the Nuki App and you have a knob or bar on the outside of your door? Lock ‘n’ Go opens your door (pulls the latch) and then locks it again after 20 seconds. We assume that you are using this feature standing outside your door i.e. just wanting to hop in because you forgot something. If you start Lock ‘n’ Go from the inside via button, the door is unlocked first.

- Open
- Ring To Open (front door opens as soon as someone rings your bell)
Swiping left or right
By swiping left or right you control your door quickly. The default setting for Smart Lock and Smart Door swipe gestures is “Intelligent”. This means that Nuki unlocks the door if it is locked, and locks the door if it is unlocked. When you’re using the Opener, the default setting for swipe actions is "Open".
You can change the settings for swipe gestures easily: Simply tap on the device in the Nuki App and open the device settings. Select "Swipe Actions" in the “Your Actions” section to adapt the feature to your personal preferences.
